Fee Information

The school fee structure consists of:

  • Enrolment fee (New Students Only)
  • Annual Stationery Fee/Tuition Fee (Invoiced Term 1 Only)

The Enrolment Fee

A non-refundable fee of $50 is payable by families for each new student enrolment. This fee is due on acceptance of the offer of a position by the Principal or Deputy Principal.

The Annual Resource Fee/TUITION FEE

At the start of each year an Initial Resource Fee will be charged per child ($270.30). This fee incorporates the first allocation of books and stationery, book protectors, levies to cover consumable materials in the areas of Art, Library and Science, etc.,  a portion of photocopying costs, and also ambulance cover. This also includes special events, excursions and swimming lessons (excluding camps).

Our FACTS online payment gateway allows for the following school payments:

  • School fees (once off payments with discounts, weekly/fortnightly/monthly payment plans)
  • Camps
  • Extra-curricular sports events
  • Other extra-curricular activities i.e. Choir, after school clubs etc.

Every term, families are invited to make a voluntary donation towards the School Building Fund. All donations of $2.00 or above are tax deductible and are gratefully accepted. A receipt is issued for all donations.


Each year Bethany Christian School produces a glossy colour school magazine and the cost of $33.00 will be placed on the First Term school fees invoice.


The School Card Scheme provides assistance for educational purposes for full-time students of low-income families to pay for education items that are only available through this school, e.g. excursions, stationery etc. and can be put towards school fees. All families now need to undertake an "Income Assessment Test". School Card rate for families with older siblings varies slightly. Please contact the Finance Department on 8283 0000.


A 5% discount on the school fees invoice is offered to parents who pay the whole year's fees by Friday 8th March, 2024 (the discount does NOT apply to the Initial Stationery Fee).

If you have a child who is enrolled at Temple Christian College (Paralowie Campus) in 2024 then you will need to inform the Finance Department and may be eligible for a discount of $50 discount per child per term.
